Our wonderful friends and fellow visionaries at the Hive Collaborative in Provo (who have created many fantastic and high-quality shows) are pioneering a new musical comedy about pursuing an entrepreneurial dream in spite of critics and opposition (boy do we relate)! Two Italian brothers put everything on the line to create a new restaurant. But chaos (and hilarity) ensue when the dream is complicated by a jealous owner of a nearby French restaurant, a meddling mother, a merciless food critic known as the Fork, a police officer, and (of course) romantic entanglements. What began as a successful 10-minute play is now on track for a world premiere as a full-length musical in early 2024.
