Tonight are the live auditions (and the official deadline) for anyone who wants to be a part of the Great Hall Performing Arts Festival in mid June. Whether you're a musician, a storyteller, a dancer, or a magician, a solo artist or a performing group, come present whatever it is you do. It's also a great opportunity for actors, directors, and playwrights to meet up and join forces. It will be a casual, low-stress evening. If you can make it, just show up whenever's convenient, and we'll see how we can make this festival awesome together.
Our goal is to help performing artists (no matter where they are in their development) get in front of live audiences, earn some recognition, and hopefully take home cash prizes. The long-anticipated GIDEON VERSUS THE GODS OF COOL (Percy Jackson meets High School Musical) premieres in August. This new rock opera (in they style of Bon Jovi, Blondie, Simple Minds, Dead or Alive, Michael Jackson, and more) celebrates the magic and wonders of 1980s high school life and questions what it means to be cool ... while also bending the laws of physics and traveling through parallel universes. It's not too early to sign up to audition. |

Great Hall's Performing Arts Festival is an opportunity for any emerging artist to take center stage, win an award, and take home a cash prize. Over an entire week's worth of events, there's tons of opportunities for everyone who belongs on a stage, and now's the time to prepare.
